The Seduction

Seduce me

Dazzle my eyes with verdant palms

Cloud my reason with incense

Let the tropic sun melt my cold heart

Ice and snow are soon forgotten

Warm breezes disperse my wardrobe

And I stand naked

A stranger in paradise

I am yours

On a very irrelevant note, your painting is coming along splendidly!

I will take Comica's lead and ask you about your painting, which I have been wanting to do for awhile anyway. Is it oil? Acrylic? Are those northern lights appearing in the sky? Is it Anoka, or Reykjavik? Why are you shoveling snow instead of spending more time painting? (Ha! just kidding.)

Excuse me for sounding like I was kidding about you painting more...what I meant was, I was kidding about the shoveling snow part. In Virginia, you can just wait for it to melt (usually 12 hours or less). But I realize that in MN shoveling snow has to be a very serious business!

Lovely and you know it.

Comica- Don't you ever quit bouncing? Thanks...

Rose- The snow will melt this weekend, the painting is oil, that's why it's taking so long (that and the shoveling), it's Rekjavík, that's the under painting for the northern lights in the sky...

Reshma- as they say in Iceland: Takk Fyrír...

Actually that would be Takk fyrir...

That painting is of a part of Suðurgata, isn't it?

Kristin- Yes, I think that's the rear of Tjarnarbio...

I was only suggesting a visit to your sister. I didn't mean to push you over the edge!
