Love the last pic, it pretty much sums up the whole love/hate relationship most Minnesotans have with the fair... I myself only harbor a love/love relationship with it of course.
My dream date- and her sister!
So what did you do to deserve that, Batty? And, is the MN State Fair as good as the Iowa State Fair? In other words, do you have a Butter Cow each year?
By the way, I'm sure you'll share the joy if you win a prize for your awesome photo, right? Please!
Rose ~ I DIDN'T TOUCH HER! I SWEAR!
The Minnesota State Fair is the best, with a likeness of Princess Kay of the Milky Way carved in butter each year.
Q: Why does the Iowa football team play on artificial turf?
A: To keep the cheerleaders from grazing!
(Ouch! That was bad!)
I didn't win a prize :-(
Watch this site for an even more spectacular Icelandic panorama!
I've never seen a battered potato in Australia.
Yet they show up in Minnesota! :)
Sharon ~ Thanks for setting the record straight- we Minnesotans are dumb enough to believe almost anything.
