Word of the Day
It was Time's morning,
When there nothing was;
Nor sand, nor sea,
Nor cooling billows.
Earth there was not,
Nor Heaven above
The Ginnugagap* was,
But grass was nowhere.
*"yawning gap", abyss
-The Voluspa, prologue to the Edda
It was Time's morning,
When there nothing was;
Nor sand, nor sea,
Nor cooling billows.
Earth there was not,
Nor Heaven above
The Ginnugagap* was,
But grass was nowhere.

I haven't read this at all. Is it very accessible? (not finding--reading) Good luck packing. I loved using my LED headlamp at Yosemite. I got over the feeling of looking geeky quickly. And there won't be anyone to laugh at you except the deer, and they'll be too busy mating!
