Winter's End

There it is, the last snow of the season.

A little melting pile on the north side of the house:

Tomorrow will hit 70° with a stiff southerly breeze.

Monday morning it froze,

it won't do that again until September at least.

The time has come to put away wintry pursuits,

'tis the time to tend to the garden,

spruce up the house and forget about cold weather.

Oh, and my winter project has been completed as well,
