The Potty Professor

I made mention of my dwindling vices the other day,
so I today I thought I'd feature another one of them-
my ever-expanding collection of Commercial™ Anodized
Aluminum pots and pans (now known as Calphalon
One.) All of my life I had struggled with
cheap mis-matched cookware. About five years ago I
requested a set of decent pots and pans for Christmas
and I've never looked back. I cherish this set; it is
nearly indestructible and every so often another piece
will show up at the thrift store(!) sometimes new(!!)
and usually for about 20% of retail(!!!) They aren't
non-stick- you've actually got to think about what
you're doing while cooking- but I love 'em.
