The Professor and The Weaver are headed back up to Minnesota’s fabled North Shore for some “r&r.” Even though it is a little early for fall color, we intend do some “deep woods” hiking:

It's already a crazy weekend with the damage to the RR bridge on the West End of the county causing a thirty mile detour. My brother and some friends are coming for a visit, I am bagging up composted horse poop for Higher Education fund raising and heading to the Hymers Fair in Canada on Sunday. I'll sneak out to see you at some point, though. Your cabin owner stops in here at work so I'll set my spy network to keep tabs on you.
We'll be "oot and aboot" today, heading North on 61, but might be back at the cabin between 4 and 7pm. If you see a green Kia Soul with green wheels in front of Mokki we might be in!
We'll be in fooling around in G.M. Saturday.
